We understand and appreciate the fact that schools today have a vast bank of paper-based curriculum materials. Our technology enables easy digitization of paper-based curriculum materials, turning them into interactive multimedia materials that are both fun to work with and more effective in improving student achievement. Our technology also makes creating new digital content simple and easy.

Our content authoring tools make it effortless for anyone to create new interactive multimedia content in minutes. Teachers and parents can create new digital content, incorporating multimedia and interactivity into time tested instructional tools such as flashcards, spelling lists, constructive geometry exercises, and other learning exercises that make learning and practicing concepts and skills fun for children. The learning process is at once familiar and more interesting for students.

Monitor and guide student learning

Understanding the process of how children learn the concepts they are taught is vital to effective intervention. We realize that parents or teachers cannot physically observe every step taken by their child during the learning process. Our content authoring tools automatically collect and store key parameters on student learning. For example, our Geometrix solution can record and replay the sequence of steps taken by a student to complete a particular geometry construction. The Inspherion solution delivers and organizes instructional materials straight into their desktops. Teachers can add remarks and assign grades right in the student materials that they are correcting and have the grades automatically entered into a networked grade book. Organize curriculum materials
Our solution facilitates easy and efficient organization of curriculum materials on student and teacher desktops. Our OneFolder desktop organization and management component helps teachers and students store and organize new and archived curricular materials in an electronic binder for easy access at any time. The OneFolder component seamlessly integrates with our student-centric (OneLearn for Students) and our teacher-centric (OneLearn for Teachers) learning modules making the organization of curriculum materials efficient for student and teacher tasks respectively. A built-in networked calendar allows students to easily stay on top of submission dates for homework and assignments while it allows teachers to track curriculum activities and learning management tasks easily. Thus, students can spend more time on learning while teachers can focus better on providing instruction.
Plan and individualize curriculum

Our solution enables the planning and utilization of curricula that can be easily modified by teachers to meet specific needs of individuals or small groups of students. Teachers can easily build interactive multimedia content using our content authoring tools and customize the content for multiple difficulty levels and learning strategies effortlessly. Teachers can assign and distribute automatically any number of differentiated curriculum materials, including ones created using third-party authoring tools, to selected individuals or sub-groups of students, thus allowing them to infinitely customize the curriculum.
Automate forms-based processes
Our forms automation solution makes conversion of paper-based forms to digital format painless. Once converted, digital forms can be distributed and collected to and from parents and students using our electronic distribution and collection solution described above. Parents and students can fill-in the forms with a digital pen using a tablet PC, or simply type into the electronic forms directly. Our solution even includes a forms server and a database connector technology that can automate the processing of the forms including the extraction and storing of data into a database that drives other business applications.
Encourage parental involvement
Inspherion solution makes it a lot easier for parents to stay connected with their children’s school and teachers, and be continually informed of everything related to their child’s learning. Using our ParentLink product, parents can now stay on top of their child’s daily educational activities and never miss an opportunity to get involved in a school activity. Most parental communications such as messaging, approvals, and appointment scheduling can be done electronically, saving time and effort for parents, teachers, and administrators.
